Accessibility Statement
Our accessibility goal, current testing status, known limitations, and how to report a barrier.
Our goal: provide a website that is usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the design and testing target.
Our commitment
LexDigital is committed to improving digital accessibility. We consider accessibility during design, development, content review, and quality assurance, and we welcome feedback from people who encounter barriers.
Current status
The site has undergone automated structure and contrast checks plus manual keyboard and responsive-layout testing. It has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit or a comprehensive test across the full range of screen readers, browsers, and operating systems. We therefore do not claim formal conformance at this time.
Accessibility features
- A skip link and semantic page landmarks.
- Logical heading structure and a single primary page heading.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, service menus, modal dialogs, and FAQ accordions.
- Visible focus indicators and Escape-key support for dismissible interfaces.
- Form labels, autocomplete attributes, input modes, required-field validation, and contextual error messaging.
- Support for reduced-motion preferences.
- Responsive layouts designed to avoid horizontal page scrolling at common mobile and desktop widths.
Known limitations
- Assistive-technology coverage: a complete manual pass with current versions of VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS has not been completed.
- Decorative visuals: background canvases and large step numerals are intentionally decorative and are hidden from assistive technology where applicable.
- Third-party content: linked platforms and any future embedded services are controlled by their providers and may not meet the same standard.
Compatibility
The site is designed for current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop and mobile. Older browsers or uncommon combinations of browser and assistive technology may provide a less consistent experience.

If a page, feature, or document is difficult to use, email contact@lexdigital.us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days. If you need content in an alternative format, contact us and we will work with you to provide a reasonable alternative.
Assessment approach
Current assessment includes automated HTML, anchor, identifier, structured-data, and contrast checks; manual keyboard testing of primary interactions; responsive review at desktop and mobile widths; reduced-motion review; and visual inspection for overflow and focus visibility. Independent assistive-technology testing remains a pre-launch recommendation.

We will update this statement as testing, remediation, or site functionality changes. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
