Do not send confidential client information, case details, privileged material, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or health information through this website. LexDigital is not a law firm, and this website is not a secure channel for legal matters.

Information collected when you use the site

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, and error or security logs.

The supplied static production package currently contains no first-party analytics or advertising tags. If nonessential analytics, advertising, call-tracking, or similar technologies are added, we will update this policy and the Cookie Policy before deployment and request consent where required.

Information from other sources

We may receive business contact or firm information from public websites, professional directories, referrals, service providers, or platforms you authorize us to access. We use that information only for legitimate business purposes and subject to applicable law.
